Members are required to have obtained 501(c)3 status or be an educational, proprietary health care or government institution. Members are also required to have on file at VSA a Memorandum of Agreement. There is NO FEE for membership.
To become a member, view or download the required Memorandum
of Agreement (MOA) and Request for Volunteers. Forward or fax the completed
Memorandum of Agreement with original signature, IRS letter of documentation,
and Request for Volunteers for each opportunity to:

Satisfactory completion of MOU, submission of IRS documentation, and any Requests for Volunteers will ensure timely membership status.
To nominate an individual or a group for efforts which promote volunteerism
in the community, view or download the required
Nomination Form. Mail or fax the completed Nomination Form to:

Once the nomination form has been completed in its entirety and submitted to
VSA, the candidate(s) will be elligible for consideration as Volunteer of the
Month and be included among those honored at the Annual All Community Volunteer
Recognition. Each nominator will be notifed should his/her candidate be chosen
for recognition.
